Nicola has worked in the estate agency field for more than 20 years, following a background in customer service and sales. With her extensive experience, Nicola believes that client relationships are of paramount importance to repeat business and a clear focus on her client’s needs creates a positive experience for Vendors/Landlords and Buyers/Tenants alike. Following an established career as an Area Manager in Wimbledon, Nicola has taken the opportunity to set up an agency that offers a bespoke and flexible approach to all our Clients in the London and Surrey area and offers a dedicated, honest and professional service.

Ros Nunney | Director

Ros has worked within the Property Sector for over 20 years, initially working in Sales Progression before starting her own company of 10 years in Lettings, Sales and Property Management. Ros wholeheartedly believes that buying/selling, letting/renting need not be a stressful experience and communication is key to ensuring a smooth process from introduction to completion.  She believes the key to any successful transaction is a combination of experience, transparency, integrity and all round excellent customer service to all parties. Having lived and worked in the local area, Ros can offer extensive knowledge and advice.
