“Couldn’t recommend Cerca Trova highly enough. Ros was very professional, excellent at updating and communicating with us along the journey of selling our home. I would also mention Cerca Trova got us three offers on our open day which is in stark contrast to high street agencies we’ve used in the past.”

- Emma C - Vendor, Hersham

“Easily the best experience I’ve ever had with a letting agent. Nicola was always super friendly, extremely helpful and very efficient with everything she did. Really enjoyable using Nicola and Cerca Trova, with them taking all the stress out of a usually very stressful process. Highly recommend Nicola and her team to anyone..”

James S - Tenant, Clapham

“I have rented out my property in Clapham for 10+ years using a different agency on a tenant find and rent collection only basis. This year I decided I wanted to upgrade to a Fully Managed service. Nicola & Ros were recommended to me to provide the Fully Managed Agency Service by a friend. Their service, professionalism, response rate and general approachability have been totally first class. Changing from one letting agent to another can be difficult…Nicola/Ros however made it easy. And they truly do provide me with a Fully Managed service from documentation to first class marketing to finding a tenant promptly to rent collection…I could go on. I’ve been particularly impressed with their commitment and conduct when it comes to the tenants themselves (I’ve only witnessed caring and professional communications with tenants; which from a landlords perspective is refreshing and very pleasing). I recommend Cerca Trova to any landlord or tenant for their best in class service on all levels. I’ll be using them for other rental properties in the very near future!!.”

Gavin W - Landlord, Clapham

“We have taken service of Cerca Trova company in May 2023. It is really wonderful service from Ros and team.

Highly professional and 100% proper documentation. They are flexible and quick response if any questions.

Personally We are happy with service and thank Ros and team for getting us such wonderful house. You are definitely 5 star....”

- Girish K - Tenant, Feltham

“Omg!! Ros and Cerca Trova were simply amazing! Had the opportunity to work with Ros who managed the entire processes from the viewing, to agreement, to exchange and completion. So passionate, patient, knowledgeable, professional and dedicated. I am sorry for the late messages, at times but without your skills this complicated sale would have struggled. Will definitely use your services in the future. Thank you so so much. The best estate agent in my experience of selling and buying of which I have used 4 well known market leaders. Cerca Trova topped them all by miles!!”

- Marco A - Buyer, New Malden

“We bought our first house with Cerca Trova and Ros was excellent at communicating, incredibly efficient and approachable. She worked hard to push the sale through for our deadline. We love the house and it was immaculate on the day we moved. We can’t recommend Cerca Trova enough.”

- Suzannah R - Buyer, Hersham

“I have been dealing with Cerca Trova for sometime, more specifically Ros, and found her very professional and courteous in her dealings. Moreover she is absolutely diligent in dealing with her work. From my experience, when I give them a task, I find them so knowledgeable, a mind of information in property laws, and efficient as they leave no stone unturned to achieve the best results possible. What’s more is that when she deals with my property she keeps me updated every step of the way and I always feel in control. She is very helpful and would go out of her way to advise on property related matters. I would highly recommend Cerca Trova to house buyers, house sellers, landlords and renters.”

- Kays T - Landlord, New Malden

“Reliable, efficient, available and diligent, Nicola & Ros have provided me with an excellent service, as a Landlord managing my two properties. Their years of experience in the industry clearly contrast to the constant stream of young inexperienced staff supposedly hired to manage your tenants and properties. Tired of the poor service and extortionate rates from other High Street names, I am honestly delighted to have found them.”

- Farida S - Landlord, Wimbledon

“Nicola was most helpful. Very knowledgeable, responsive, and very efficient. Answered any queries swiftly and made the whole move seamless. Would thoroughly recommend.”

- Sophie L - Tenant, Wimbledon

“I have recently engaged Cerca Trova to assist in letting my property in West Wimbledon. Throughout the process, nothing has been too much trouble for Nicola and Ros. They have been super responsive, professional and re-assuring. Their knowledge of the lettings market is just what you need as a Landlord and they have kept me informed continually along the way.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to other Landlords or using them myself again in the future.”

- Honey B - Landlord, West Wimbledon

“First time in 10 years I’ve been genuinely impressed with the service of an estate agent. Move in process was incredibly smooth and every subsequent problem / request was dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”

- Patrick E - Tenant, Wimbledon

“It has been a great pleasure working with Nicola (Cerca Trova) - she is very knowledgeable, hard working and professional. She kept us informed at every steps of the process, kept an eye on the solicitors and made good recommendations. Last but not least, Nicola went the extra mile to ensure that our move to the new property was as smooth as possible.”

- Kenneth L - Buyer, Worcester Park

Would highly recommend this agency!”

- Owen P - Tenant, Raynes Park

“My wife and myself met with Nicola from Cerca Trova in our hunt for a place to rent in London. Being new to the UK, interacting with Nicola was reassuring. She professionally and thoughtfully guided us from end to end in the process of scheduling the viewing, finalizing and moving into our new home. Had the very best experience and would highly recommend reaching out to them for any renting/letting needs!”

- Rahul R - Tenant, Wimbledon

"Ros is excellent. My go to agent for rentals."

— Arun K - Landlord, Hampstead

“We honestly couldn’t rate this company, and Nicola in particular, more highly.

We were first time landlords and she guided us through the process of renting out our property so smoothly and professionally. Her lettings knowledge and attention to detail was nothing short of excellent and on so many occasions she went that extra mile to assist us. She had connections to skilled trades people when we needed and her fee was very reasonable.

We couldn’t recommend her more highly, such a great experience and we will definitely use her again.
Streets ahead of other Agents!

Thank you so much Nicola. V & Z.”
